&lt;div class="O"&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;Picture this scenario:&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I rely on the three computers on my desk that I use constantly.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Nbr1 I use to stay on several bank portals, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;Nbr2 I use for my email and normal work, and Nbr3 I call &amp;ldquo;The troll&amp;rdquo;.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;All it does is troll for new work orders.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Nbr1 and Nbr3 give &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;me the blue screen of death and Nbr2 freezes up and becomes totally unresponsive.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;And that is how I ended my Wednesday.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;I had a weird dream Wednesday night.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I&amp;rsquo;m at a golf course and some friends are yelling from afar, &amp;ldquo;Hey Michelle you better hurry &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;up and tee off, the Marshall is going to get on our case if we don&amp;rsquo;t get moving!&amp;rdquo;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I can see several golf balls landing in the middle of &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;the fairway.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&amp;ldquo;Wow, nice drives!&amp;rdquo; I think to myself.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I didn&amp;rsquo;t see how they did it, didn&amp;rsquo;t see their form, but the results were &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;impressive.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I get to the tee box and all of a sudden I&amp;rsquo;m indoors.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;The tee is in the middle of a doorway and I don&amp;rsquo;t have much &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;space to swing my driver (forget it, not even a putter would work).&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I&amp;rsquo;m getting really frustrated with that whole concept.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I start to &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;complain &amp;ldquo;hey you guys, this is just wrong.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;You can&amp;rsquo;t expect me to hit a straight shot into the fairway under these conditions, this &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;is total bull roar.&amp;rdquo;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;Oh, boy, why did I say that?&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Next scene I&amp;rsquo;m standing on top of a four drawer filing cabinet and my drive must go through a closed &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;window.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;There&amp;rsquo;s a Tiger Woods type crowd all around heckling me.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I was ready to quit and tell them all to go fly a kite, but, a little &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;voice inside me said: &amp;ldquo;Michelle, this dream sucks right now, you really need to focus and change the outcome of this dream!&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;After &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;all, you are ultimately in control of what you do and how you deal with this situation.&amp;rdquo; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;Now I&amp;rsquo;m really ticked off at this nasty crowd.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I yell at the crowd: &amp;ldquo;Anyone got an ax?&amp;rdquo;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Someone hands one to me.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Somebody &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;asks if I plan to tee off with an ax instead of a driver.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&amp;ldquo;No, but I&amp;rsquo;m chopping down the wall and the ceiling that is restricting my golf &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;swing and I&amp;rsquo;m breaking that damn window down so that my golf ball can get to the fairway.&amp;rdquo;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;What happens next is a mini demolition derby.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;The crowd is silent, dumbfounded and curious as to what next.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I take aim and very &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;deliberately take my best golf swing ever.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;We&amp;rsquo;re on the fairway baby!&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;The crowd goes wild. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;This morning I told my sister about this dream.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Her only comment was: &amp;ldquo;Isn&amp;rsquo;t it great that you can save all that money on not &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;having to go to a shrink?&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;All you have to do is go to sleep and dream your way through your real life problems.&amp;rdquo; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;Well, my computers aren&amp;rsquo;t behaving all that well today.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;However, I have reconfirmed to myself that I work on tearing down the &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;obstacles that I face to be successful and get the job done.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; To make a long story short....&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A few days later at the doctor&amp;#39;s office, I&amp;#39;m showing off&amp;nbsp;my leg that has all kinds of purple colors running&amp;nbsp;from toes to knee.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;m explaining what&amp;nbsp;happened and&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;smart move to improvise by using the pool&amp;#39;s cold water.&amp;nbsp; Doctor orders&amp;nbsp;X-rays and leaves the examination room.&amp;nbsp; Okay, let me tell you that I am a real&amp;nbsp;whimp when it comes to needles and apparently the&amp;nbsp;Doctor has&amp;nbsp;duly noted this fact on my chart.&amp;nbsp; Nurse shows up and in a flash zaps me with a&amp;nbsp;Tetanus shot.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Doctor comes back in the room all smiles while I&amp;#39;m protesting.&amp;nbsp; &amp;quot;What the heck was that for?&amp;quot;&amp;nbsp; That&amp;#39;s for putting your foot in the REO pool and for not taking a cooler with ice to one of your Open Houses.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ha!&amp;nbsp; The business is called Greener Grass Company and 40 times a month, owner Nick Terlouw is making brown yards look green again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;quot;If it rained tonight, it wouldn&amp;#39;t wash off.&amp;nbsp; It takes about two hours to dry and lasts three or four months,&amp;quot; said Terlouw.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Terlouw is hired by real estate agents, but also by the city of Stockton when a foreclosure case becomes a code enforcement issue.&amp;nbsp; He&amp;#39;s worked for the city about a 100 times.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;quot;In those cases, we&amp;#39;ll hire someone to go paint the lawn.&amp;nbsp; It turns the grass green and it looks decent again.
